1. Current position
The published website code does not install analytics cookies, advertising cookies, behavioural trackers, embedded social-media pixels, local storage or session storage. It uses no cookie banner because no non-essential cookie is configured by the site itself.
2. Hosting and security mechanisms
A hosting platform, content-delivery service, security appliance or server administrator may set a strictly necessary technical mechanism outside the website code, for example to mitigate abuse or maintain availability. The production configuration should be checked before launch and after material provider changes.
3. Browser controls
A visitor may inspect or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking a strictly necessary mechanism may affect availability or security. At present, disabling ordinary cookies should not prevent access to the static public pages.
4. Changes
If analytics, embedded media, a consent-managed service or another storage mechanism is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before the mechanism is used. Quietly adding trackers is not an acceptable change process.
